Pulling out error + target pairs using KWAL

Brie,

	I have made change to KWAL. Try commands "kwal +s"[\* *]" +d31 +d4 *.cha" or "kwal +s"[\* *]" +d31 +d40 *.cha". New CLAN is on the web.
