Time stamp for @G (GEM) tag

Ahhhh okay!  Thank you for the info - I think I decided to do it with a 
python script, by approximating based on the timing given in the following 
utterance, like I pretty much had in the example. But it sure would be nice 
if it was a part of the GEM command :-).
