CLAN installation problem

[Celine Dugua]

Dear to all,

I have problems installing CLAN on my university computers (Windows 10 
version 1709).
The following error message (message 1) appears when opening the media 
file (error opening movie file: "e\....mp4").
And, if I click on OK, message 2 appears (Clan MFC Application a cessé 
de fonctionner").

Do you know where the problem comes from and how to solve it?
