Dependent Tier Reliability

Hello, 

I am currently struggling to run a rely command on two transcripts 
dependent tiers. I would like to calculate a reliability percentage but am 
receiving error messages when I do such. If anyone could provide me a 
command to figure out the reliability percentage on ONLY the dependent tier 
of transcripts I would be much appreciative.
