Transcriptions in CLAN

Hello,

I was wondering what the process would be to transfer a normal 
transcription in Word into CLAN language. Is there a tool that can change 
the format of the transcription in Word or would I have to do that manually?

A normal Word transcription looks like this:
Mother: What is this?
Child: It's a truck!
Mother: Yes, it is!
