warning in installing CLAN

Hi, when we try to download CLAN, we have a warning message that "
http://dali.talkbank.org/clan/clanwin.exe" is a harmful site. The security 
software then doesn't let us install the program. 

I told the students to bypass the message and manually install the program 
but one student reported her laptop is not booting after installing CLAN. I 
do trust the site and the maintenance of the program but wonder how I could 
ease the concern about the warning message. If it matters, the virus 
screening program is Korean native, nothing like symantec but something 
called Ahn Lab. Almost every Koreans have this program installed on their 
PC without realizing it being installed.
