improvements to CLANc

Dear ChiBolts,
    If you are using CLANc on Catalina or Big Sur, you may want to get a new version.  Leonid has been adding new features, including Send to Sound Analyzer (for Praat) and various things to better support CA (Conversation Analysis) coding and symbols. Also several bug fixes. The major missing feature at this point is just Sonic CHAT.
