CLANc and Big Sur

Dear CHIBolts,

     The beta version of 64-bit CLANc at https;//dali.talkbank.org/clan/ is being developed to run on the Catalina version of OS X, but it appears to also run fine on the new Big Sur version released by Apple last week.  Compared to 32-bit CLAN, this version still has a few wrinkles and bugs.  The major limitation is that it does not yet have Sonic CHAT.  If you downloaded a version of CLANc several weeks ago, you may want to update, because several additional features have been added and a few bugs have  been fixed.  By the way, the 64-bit version can open very large audio files, such as the ones from HomeBank that have up to 16 hours of audio.
