MOR error

Cathy,

	This is a new feature in CLAN that requires that when you update MOR grammar, then you have to also update the version of CLAN. MOR grammar and CLAN are functionally linked together, so sometimes both have to be updated at the same time. You just need to get latest version of CLAN from https://dali.talkbank.org/clan/ <https://dali.talkbank.org/clan/> and the error will go away.
