***UNCHECKED*** Changing bullet duration

Hello, currently in our study we are using 2 sec bullets to code parent 
child interactions. Sometimes a child utterance extends past 2 seconds onto 
the next bullet and I would like to extend the first bullet to be able to 
encompass the whole utterance onto one bullet. Is there a way to extend 
bullet lengths of certain bullets while also changing all the other bullets 
that follow? For example,

[=1] 16997_18996                         [=1] 16997_20996
[=2] 18996_20996           --->        [=2]  20996_22996   
[=3] 20996_22996                         [=3] 22996_24996
