Issues with adding bullets on windows

Hi again,

I have another question on adding bullets on CLAN in windows. When I add
bullets to an existing chat file, a new audio file with the same name in
.wav format will be created. So, if the file name is elnaz.cha and the
linking audio file is elnaz.mp3, a new file, called elnaz.wav will be
added. Why is that? How can I fix this issue?
