Column names in Excel output

Dear all, 
We using kwal and combo to extract spreadsheets. However, the output sheets 
do not have column names. Is there a way to get them, or do we need to name 
the columns manually? 

An example of the codes we are using:
kwal +t*CHI +sdenn* +d4 *.cha

combo +t*CHI +sdenn^schon* +d8 *.cha
