UTF-16 encoded file error

Hi,

	It looks like Praat is now saving its datafile using Unicode UTF-16 encoding. CLAN expects Unicode UTF-8 encoding of text files. You can use CLAN command "cp2utf SUB2400145_24mo.TextGrid" to convert your TextGrid file to Unicode UTF-8 and then the rest of the CLAN will be able to convert your file.
