Getting automated speech onset times

Dear Fatemeh,
This is done automatically when one processes an audio file using automatic speech recognition (ASR). It tags the begin and end of every word. You can find our method for doing this at https://github.com/talkbank. Learning to set this up and run it takes a fair amount of computer savvy, but no programming.
