The name childes.psy.cmu.edu <http://childes.psy.cmu.edu/> was changed to childes.talkbank.org <http://childes.talkbank.org/> about 12 years ago.  We kept the old link for a few years, but I think it also disappeared about 5 years ago.  

Moreover, in the last year we have shifted tagging from reliance on MOR grammars to use of UD (Universal Dependencies) grammars, as described at https://talkbank.org/morgrams/
