CHAT transcript content disappears

Hello,
I had a question about CHAT files. On two occasions, I have opened up a 
transcript and found all the contents have been deleted. These were 
transcripts that I had previously opened up to run some analyses on, so 
they had been saved previously. 

The first time it happened, I thought maybe I forgot to put @Begin and @End 
in my transcript, so I made sure to do that going forward, but it happened 
again.  

I would appreciate any insights into this problem!
