Error in saving CLAN file on Server

Hi,


I'd like to address an issue I've been encountering while using CLAN on my
MacBook. I have downloaded CLAN on my MacBook and use it to code videos
that are on the university server, I've noticed that whenever I save a file
in CLAN, it disappears from the server and I am not able to locate it
afterward. I have attempted to use the 'Save As' option to save the file
into the server and then it shows the message that the file already exists;
however, I am not able to see the file on the server.

I also checked my laptop to see if the files were inadvertently saved
there, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Furthermore, every time I save
a file, CLAN unexpectedly shuts down, displaying an error message.  I have
attached the error message for your reference.

I've tried updating the CLAN software, but unfortunately, the issue
persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this matter?
