IPSyn-C scoring partially unintelligible utterances

Hello,
We have been using CLAN to automatically score IPSyns, but had one 
question. We noticed that partially unintelligible utterances are being 
scored, but we would like to exclude those from being analyzed. Is there an 
automatic way make the IPSyn-C ignore utterances that have unintelligible 
(XXX) material?
