add dependent tierr

Brian and Leonid,

                            What I want to do is run RELY and get Cohen's
kappa based on post-codes written in the speaker line. That's why I'm
trying to move them to a %cod tier. Although I'm not familiar with  BBEdit,
maybe I can try to figure it out.
