Computer display and check

Hi Annie-Claude,

	The screenshot you have attached to your email does not seem to be of the TAD17-CamOri-A-FINIR.cha file that you have sent to me before. Could you please create, then email to me a screenshot of the whole CLAN window. There is some diagnostic information at the bottom of the window that would help me figure out what is wrong with.

Please, create a screenshot of the same file that you email to me.

I will have to wait until Monday to test Windows 10. We no longer are using Windows 10, so I will have to find some computer with it.

Could please make sure that your Windows 10 system is up to date. You can check for updates this way:

1. Click the Start button, then select Settings. 
2. In the Settings window, click on "Update & Security" or "Windows Update". 
3. Click "Install" button or "Check for updates" button and If updates are found, then click on "Download & install" button. 
4. Restart if prompted

The button and other names differ from one OS to another, so I don't know exactly what you will see. For some reason these operating system designers can't settle on one name or another.
