I am interested in finding the following papers on the Chinook Jargon
which have been presented at the "Salish conference" over the years. Any
assistance you may provide will be gratefully accepted. =20

Zenk, Henry: A sample Chinook Jargon text from Grand Ronde, Oregon, =
1982.

Harris, Barbara: 'Klahowiam Mr Smis': collocation and context of
situation in the interpretation of a Chinook Jargon text, 1984.

Zenk, Henry: Some evidence of elaboration in Chinook Jargon, 1984.

Powell, JV: Chinook Jargon words the lexicographers left out, 1985.

Hymes, Dell: Thomas Paul's 'Sametl': verse analysis of a (Saanich)
Chinook Jargon text, 1987.

Zenk, Henry: Prosody in Chinook Jargon, 1988.

Sams, Daphne and Jay Powell: Etymological questions on Chinook Jargon
vocabulary: a lexicographic working paper, 1990.

Harris, Barbara and Andrea R. Giles: An annotated list of the
acquisitions and holdings of the Chinook Jargon Project at the University
of Victoria, 1991.

Zenk, Henry: Phonetic variation in a Chinook Jargon lexicon, 1991.

Zenk, Henry: A basic Chinook Jargon lexicon, 1993. =20

Thomason, Sarah G: A 'new' Chinook Jargon word list, 1995.

Any others presented at the conferences 1996 - 1997? It would be
wonderful to hear about them, and about all Jargon materials you're aware
of.

Thanks for your time!

Best,
Dave
