SSILA bulletin and new URL

Hi, all.  Since David Lewis pointed me to an article in the SSILA
bulletin, I saw there that they have had some Internet problems
lately, but the society now has a permanent URL:

www.ssila.org

This one still wraps around to their previous address
(http://trc2.ucdavis.edu/ssila/default.asp), but the new URL is
described as a permanent home regardless of where in the system the
bulletin ends up.  So it would make a good bookmark.
