Course in Chinook Jargon

Does anyone offer courses in Chinook Jargon?  The ideal situation for me
would be a course in "reading knowledge," offered through the auspices
of some university and covering translation, Duployan shorthand, etc.
Furthermore, it would probably have to be conducted as distance
education, since I am in the Northeastern US (Boston).  I would be
grateful for any leads.
