Meacham's CJ in Oregon 1870

These men are Kalapuya and  Clackamas, They are also from Grand Ronde
Reservation. They knew the jargon and Kalapuya or Clackamas. From similar
accounts in newspapers, they usually made speeches in the the Jargon.
