Note re "Sesquipedalian" posting

Klahowya,

Thanks to a "feature" of Office 2000, that infernal animated paperclip
a.k.a. "Office Assistant" made it impossible for me to add an explanatory
note to that posting.

Here it is:

I apologize if this is a duplicate posting -- this is too good a piece to
pass up.  Besides, students of contact languages will also find an
interesting note about African-American English habitual "be", and one on
the "intertwined" language Ma'a/Mbugu.
