This is the logo of a U.S. Navy boat, the Tacoma.  There is some
accompanying text by way of linguistics background.

Mind you, this isn't the only use ever (by any means) of Chinook Jargon by
non-Indians to invest themselves with a kind of mythical Native patriotic
power -- or something.
