At least one Washington State company is keeping Chinook Jargon in the
public's consciousness--until they consume that company's product.  Klipsun
Vineyards wine can be found at finer gustatory emporia in this region, for
example at Luna restaurant in Spokane.  See <www.klipsun.com>.

There's also an organic, fresh-squeezed juice product sold by Happy Planet
in BC under the name "Skookum Strawberry".  They also produce Lillooet Lime
