"Cutsack" is apparently from Nuhchahnulth /k'acH-aq/ "blanket, robe", and
turns up in Nootka vocabularies from Cook onwards referring to some kind of
clothing. I believe that during the peak fur trade days, it was a kind of
standardized garment made of 3 sea otter skins, but I can't find the quotes
on this at the moment.
