wext, after looking up several sources, the expression [tutuush] is of
Makah origin (where sh = s with a wedge).

tutuush 1) thundering, one of three thunderbird brothers, and 2) a
powerful chief identified with the island of Cape Flattery (Renker and
Gunther 1990).

the “Museo de América” in Madrid has a very nice etching of this Makah
chief, including several of his wives. it seems likely then that this
indigenous term is a co-ocurring reference with [tatoosh] of CJ and not
its source since no reference is made here to ‘breasts, milk...teat,
etc.’

Renker, Ann, and Erna Gunther.
1990	Makah. Northwest Coast, Handbook of North American Indians,
Vol. 7.
Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.
