just some side remarks:
There is also no Kalapuya lexicon published to date, 12 years after the article
was written. The published Kalapuya texts are hard to work with because Jacobs'
spellings changed in the course of the years he collected the texts but he
retained these differences when he published them. It will be exciting to see
his original transcripts and the whole lot of unpublished material when the
archives become publicly accessible I think in 2006. The Kalapuya texts have
quite a bit of CJ interspersed so a lot more is likely to come to light on that
end too.
