just a thought

the sentence structure reminds me of one who has difficulty forming
grammatical correct sentences in
french, and thus, utilizes the structure of english when trying to
communicate with a native speaker.
typical "language survival skills" - don't worry about being correct,
focus on vocabulary words to get the point
across.
