tulit: another word deciphered

'Tulit' is a word I've come across in a number of places in the Kamloops
Wawa. From something I was reading today, where Father Le Jeune was
apologizing to his readers for a long delay between issues of the
newspaper, it became clear to me that 'tulit' is from English. "Too
late". Meaning "late" in KW Chinook.

I learn every day.
