("At Coldwater, BC, Moise Tlikamnaskat heard that the total number of
Catholic priests is 500,000 all together.  And he said, Who knows how long
it would take one man to shake hands with all of them, until he was done.
If he was quick, and shook hands with 20 in a minute, 1200 in an hour,
12,000 in a day, it might be almost a month and a half till he was done
shaking hands with all of them.")

This is in Kamloops Wawa #129 (June 1895), page 87.  Good practice in a
number of structures that are very common in KW Chinook...for example,
VERB1 pi VERB2 = 'doing VERB1 until you do VERB2'.
