"Mystery dictionary"

Very interesting, especially the place names. I wasn't following the earlier 
discussion of it.

I was previously unaware of the Washington toponyms "Oakland" and 
"Deschutes", and was wondering why these California and Oregon names had 
"Nisqually" names...
