Clackamas Chinook Texts

Before anyone rushes off to spend their money, please note that the book 
being offered by alanmacfarlane for 5 pounds is Melville Jacobs' "Texts 
in Chinook Jargon".  Aron Faegre's original question was not about this 
book but rather about Melville Jacobs' two-volume "Clackamas Chinook 
Texts".  As far as I am aware, Clackamas Chinook Texts is not available 
in pdf nor in html, although I haven't really looked lately.  Used 
copies seem to be extremely hard to find, though one can find 
Books-On-Demand reprints available on ABEbooks 
(http://www.abebooks.com/).  These tend, however, to be ridiculously 
priced at over $100.00 per volume.
