BC sawmill sign language (pidgin?)

Hi,

Any of you familiar with Meissner and Philpott's work on BC sawmill sign 
language?

It was surprisingly elaborated, though limited in functions.

A pidgin?

There was apparently an Oregon-Washington sawmill sign language too.  I'm 
waiting for a couple of papers on that to arrive.
