On a similar culinary note, what is the CJ term for fermented fish
heads? I think most languages in the PacNW had native terms for this
particular dish, but I've never heard a term in CJ. The English term
used in Alaska is "stink heads" or "stinky heads". Perhaps a calque of
that?
