Another pidgin

Maybe a French spelling of [pa], from Port/Sp pa(r)a 'for, to'? 
Such a preposition exists in the nearby Port. creoles, but not used as a possessive AFAICT.
By the way, this "confluence" seems to be in the vicinity of Lambarene, Gabon.

reported by the Marquis de Compiegne as spoken by N'Combe at the confluence
of the Ogoue' and the N'Gounie:

"Miare N'Combe, rey pas [sic] todos, rey sobre todos, roi, king, king,
kingman."  (I am N'Combe, king of all, king over all, king, king, king man)
