I participated in the first OII Summer Doctoral Program in 2003, and
I thought it was a great experience, between the faculty they brought
in, the other students I met, and just soaking up the Oxford
atmosphere. If you're a doctoral student doing any kind of research
related to the Internet, I highly recommend applying.
