Corpora: Medical Record Data

For my PhD research I would be very interested in
(preferably) medical diagnosis data which contain structured
(e.g. age, height, weight, certain measurements) with
unstructured partitions (that is texts).

Anonymous medical records or similar with structured and unstructured
parts would be particularly interesting.

I would be very interested to hear from people working
on such data, public data sets or the like.
