Dear ACL members who plan to attend ANLP/NAACL2000:

Please note that you must book your hotel room at the Westin Hotel by
phone or by fax BY MARCH 30TH.  You must indicate on your reservation
that you are attending the ANLP/NAACL2000 conference.

The ACL has reserved a block of rooms in the Westin Seattle Hotel at a
special conference rate is $165 per night for for 1 to 2 people.
There is a $20 charge for each additional person.  YOU CANNOT MAKE
THESE RESERVATIONS THROUGH THE WEB. Rather, you should call
+1-888-625-5144 or +1-206-728-1000 (fax +1-206-728-2007) and you must
indicate that you plan to attend ANLP/NAACL2000.

NOTE: Please appreciate that the meeting room costs for the conference
are based upon the number of people attending the conference who stay
at the Westin Hotel, so please book your room early and make sure that
the hotel knows you are attending ANLP/NAACL or CLAW. We encourage
everyone to choose the Westin in order to keep the organization's
costs down.
