Corpora: Article

First let me introduce myself. 
I'm an MA student at Lancaster University (MA in Language Studies) and I'm currently working on my dissertation. I'm desperately looking for a copy of an article. Unfortunately, the library here at Lancaster doesn't seem to have a copy, and I haven't been able to find any records on COPAC or any of the on-line catalogues. 
The article I'm looking for is:

Shillaw, J. "Using a corpus to develop vocabulary tests" (1994) In L. Flowerdew and A.K.K. Tong (eds.) Entering Text. Hong Kong: Language Centre, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. pp. 166-182
