Corpora: outlines with LSA/LSI

I wonder if anyone has a text corpus with outlines?
the kind with points like I,II,III, and subitems
a,b,c and 1,2,3. etcetera.

I am looking to do LSA/LSI analysis of them. or any
other automated techniques for selecting/sorting/ordering an
outline.

also does anyone know of techniques building on LSA/LSI
that seem to be a generalization of the basic
underlying mathematical/statistical technique of SVD?
