Corpora: WordSimth stop list

Hi
I tried to use a stop list in WordSmith to exclude function words
from my key words list. All required steps were followed, but still
the key words list I get has the words I excluded. I tried many
times and checked all possible errors that might had occurred, but
with no positive result.
Any tip or advice?
