has a POS tagger and parser for English and German with the demo available at
request.

Atro Voutilainen points out that in addition to the widely known parser for
English, Conexor http://www.conexor.fi has parsers for Spanish, Finnish and
Swedish and that first releases for French and German are planned for spring
2001.
