Corpora: Keywords in Literary Texts

I am curious whether anyone is aware of corpus work that attempts to analyze the frequency or concordance tendencies of keywords (in Raymond Williams' sense of that word) in literary texts. The purpose of such work might vary but could include the analysis of emergent historical meanings or the differences between the keyword choices of different political or philosophical tendencies.

All leads will be gratefully received.
