Corpora: the same tendencies in languages with different structures?

Dear colleagues, I wonder if you could advise me on my investigation of the frequency of 8 consonantal groups (labial, front, palatal, velar, sonorant, occlusive, etc.) in languages with different morphological structure. I wonder if these 8 consonantal groups will function in the same way in: 1) flective; 2)root; 3)agglutinative; 4}incorporative language? What do you think? Do you know any investigation of this sort?
