Corpora: Query about Complete Corpus of Old English

Dear Corpus listees,

I am trying to find out whether the Complete Corpus of Old English comprises all existing full texts or samples from the texts only.  I have not been able to get into any relevant web sites (ie at Toronto University) and need the information as soon as possible.  If anyone out there can help me I'd be very grateful.
