Corpora: Italian Speech Data

Dear list members:

We are looking for a good speech corpus of Italian for a comercial license.
We preferably need:
- data from at least 100 speakers,
-  covering digits, C&C, and general text.
- telephony or desktop data (preferably both). 
-  the data must be transcribed

If you know of any sources for this type of data, I would be very
appreciative for any cues.
