[Corpora-List] Russian tagger or parser

Hi,

I am working on Russian language acquisition and I have gathered a huge
corpus which I would need to code morphologically to be able to work with
it. I have two questions:

1. Does anybody know about a Russian tagger or parser one could use free of
charge?


2. What kind of commercial taggers or parsers are available and is there
anybody who has experience with them and could give me some advice.?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
